Educating through In Home Parties or Shows

So, you have decided to join the L'Bri Pure n' Natural 'team' and signed on as a consultant. The thing to do now is find people who are willing to hold in home parties for you. These folks will be your first hostesses, customers, and possible recruits.

Many of your friends and acquaintances will be willing to help you build your business by hosting your first shows. These friends will benefit by holding shows because the hostess incentives are fantastic with L'Bri.
Your first 'job' with those who are willing to hold shows is to set a date. Then you need to teach or coach your new hostesses how to have the best show possible. You are teaming up with your hostess, because neither you or your hostess can do it alone.


Ask you hostess what she hopes to gain from her show and how much product she would like to earn? How many guests can she invite? The more you coach her on speaking with her friends and drumming up excitement, the more successful her show will be.

When coaching your hostess for a successful in home party, give her one of your hostess packs, open it up, then explain every item within the pack. Make sure she know the more people she invites, the more successful her show will be. Let her know you are excited about her show, and are anticipating success.

Be sure to keep in touch with your hostess and keep her excitement up. Also keep in touch so that you know how many have RSVP'd, and who may need an extra phone call to see where they stand.

Hi there, my name is Tricia Graft and I am a consultant with L'Bri Pure n' Natural. I became involved with L'Bri first and foremost because the product works!! Along with that, I believe there are many men and women who have issues with their skin, and I want to share this amazing skincare.

Your L'Bri Grand Opening






LBriYour L'Bri Grand Opening show is a very big day!! This is the first day of your new business and you will be introducing your new business to friends and associates.

So what can you do to make this the best Grand Opening possible for yourself? The first step, of course, is to PLAN. All great parties require planning, lists, and attention to the details. Your Grand Opening does NOT have to be an elaborate affair, but you do want to make sure that everyone has fun and learns alot about L'Bri Pure n' Natural.


Here are some basics to include when you are planning your Grand Opening:

  1. Set your date for 2 weeks after you have signed on with L'Bri - plan for your show to last approximately 2 hours. What time would you like to hold your first show?
  2. Get your house ready - make list of what you need to do to prepare your house, then as you complete an item check it off your list.
  3. Refreshments - What will you be serving your guests? Make your refreshments very simple and easy to prepare. Cheese and crackers make for fantastic party refreshments. Make a list of things to purchase, this helps tremendously.lbri
  4. Invite your guests - How many people can you invite to your Grand Opening? Make a prospect list today and start calling to let people know about your upcomming Business Opening.

It is recommended to include in your guest's folders a L'Bri Product Guide, L'Bri vs. the Competition flyer, Aloe Barbadensis Miller flyer, Capture your Dreams brochure, and of course an order form and pen. Be sure to collect these from all your guests before they leave, and use them in all your future shows.
  7. Create Hostess Incentives - The goal of your L'Bri Grand Opening is to book as many shows as possible, so you will want to have something to encourage your guests to book shows; create 3-5 small gift bags with 3 samples in each bag (you can also use the retractable blush brush, lip clips, lip pens, you choose) which will reward those who agree to hold shows. Some great samples to include are: hand & body lotion, facial masque and facial & body scrub. Even if these don't get claimed at your Grand Opening, you can use them at future shows.

To book a presention, you will want to continue the conversation with:

A great way to start a conversation is to give a sincere compliment: "That brooch is gorgeous, I absolutely love the colors!" or "I love your hair, where do you get your hair done?"

After starting the conversation you will want to return to your memorized commercial:

Always be sure to pause after asking a question to let your prospect give an answer. And be sure to listen to questions they may have for you. And remember good communication is 50% talking and 50% listening.

YOU CAN MAKE MONEY WITH L'BRI

L'Bri currently has Consultants through Executive Managers earning from a couple hundred per month to well over $15,000 per month.





Here are some examples of what you could earn at the different levels in the company. Remember, it is all up to you as to just how much you want to make. Some women start with L'Bri just to have fun and be sociable while others want to start a rewarding new career.

As a L'Bri Consultant you have the opportunity to earn 3 types of income

  1. Earn a 20% profit for selling products - For Example you have $500 dollars in sales per Show which equals a profit of $100 per Show. If you were to do just 4 shows a month, that would equal a profit of $400 per month.
  2. Earn a 3% Retailing Bonus for Selling $1,000 or More in a Month - As a Consultant you will earn a retailing bonus of 3% on skin care businessall your sales. So in the above example, your total monthly sales would be $2000, which makes your retailing bonus equal $60.
  3. Earn a 3% Sponsoring Bonus for Sponsoring Other L'Bri Consultants - For every consultant you personally sponsor you will earn a 3% Sponsoring Bonus. For Example say you sponsored 2 consultants that each sell $2000 in a month as you did, you will earn 3% of their sales which will equal $120.

Your total profit for the month at the consultant level with this example will be $580. This would make $6,960 for the year.

Not too bad for just 8 hours of work. The average show is approximately 2 hours. Break this down to an hourly pay and you will be making a real pretty penny per hour!

The next level to strive for is that of Supervisor, who also earn 3 types of income.


  1. Earn a 26% profit for selling products - Using the example from above, $500 in Show sales would equal a profit of $130 per show. When you do just 4 shows a month your LBriprofit for the month would equal $520.
  2. Earn a 4% Retailing Bonus for Selling $1,000 or More in a Month - Using the same 4 shows in a month, your monthly sales would equal $2000. At the Supervisor level you will earn a Retailing Bonus of 4% on all your sales. This will make your retailing bonus $80 for the month.
  3. Earn a 4% Sponsoring Bonus for Sponsoring Other L'Bri Consultants - You will earn a 4% sponsoring bonus on all the Consultants you personally sponsor. For example you sponsor 4 consultants who each sell $2000 in a month (just like you did). You will earn $320 for your sponsoring bonus.
This makes your total monthly profit at the supervisor level $920. With this example, your sales for the year will be $11,040.


This all sounds good doesn't it? Well it does get better, and just so you know, I am using the bare minimum for the examples here. It all depends on just how much money you want to make.

Moving on, the next level you will want to reach for is that of a L'Bri Manager.

L'Bri Managers earn 4 types of income

  1. Earn a 30% Profit for Selling Products - Using the $500 shows from the above examples, your profit would equal $150 per show. So when you do 4 shows in one month, your total month's profits will be $600.
  2. Earn a 5% Retailing Bonus for Selling $1000 or More in a Month - Again using the 4 shows at $500 a show, your monthly sales would be $2000. As a Manager with L'Bri you will earn a 5% retailing bonus on your sales. With this example your retailing bonus would equal $100.
  3. Earn a 5% Sponsoring Bonus for Sponsoring other L'Bri Consultants - Say you sponsor 8 consultants who each sell $2000 a month like yourself, you will earn 5% of each consultants $2000 in sales. Your 5% Sponsoring Bonus will be $800.
  4. Earn a Managers Group Bonus on All the Consultants in Your Organization - You will earn a group bonus on all the consultants, supervisors and managers in your organization. This includes all the consultants that were sponsored by the consultants you personally sponsored, and their personally sponsored consultants and down the line. Say each of the 8 consultants in the above example sponsored just 1 consultant each selling $2000 a month like you did. You will earn 1% of your whole organization's sales combined with your own personal sales. Using the above example, your Managers Group Bonus would equal $340.

Your total profit for the month will be $1840, which will make your yearly profits at $22,080 at the Manager Level.


WOW!! This IS good.....but there is just one more level to shoot for. And YES you CAN do this, you will have all the support you need.


Moving on to L'Bri Executive Managers, who Earn 5 types of Income

  1. Earn a Profit for selling products - Using the examples from the above levels, $500 per show your profit will be $175 for each show. Say you do 4 shows a month, your monthly profit will be $700.
  2. Earn a 5% Sponsoring Bonus for Sponsoring Other L'Bri Consultants - For example let's say you sponsor 12 consultants who each sell $2000 as you did, you will earn 5% of each consultants $2000 in sales making your sponsoring bonus equal $1,200.
  3. Earn a 2% - 5% Executive Managers Group Bonus On All The Consultants In Your Organization - You will earn a bonus on all the Consultants, Supervisors and Managers in your organization. This included all the consultants that are personally sponsored by you, plus their personally sponsored consultants, etc., etc., etc. As an example, let's say each of the 12 consultants you personally sponsored also sponsored just 1 consultant each selling $2000 in a month. You will earn 2% - 5% of your whole organization's sales combined. This will make your Executive Managers bonus at least $2400.
  4. Earn an Executive Managers Car bonus - Earn a $400 Car Bonus when your total group sales volume is $12000 or more. Your monthly car bonus equals $400.
  5. Earn a 5.25% Executive Managers Spin Off Bonus - When one of your Consultants 'spins-off' and also becomes an Executive Manager, you will earn 5.25% of their sales volume. Let's say for example, a consultant 'spins-off' and has a total group sales volume of $25.000. Your Spin Off Bonus would be $1,312.

As an Executive Manager using the above example your monthly profit would equal $6,012 and your yearly profit would equal $72,144.


Keep in mind these totals do not include the profits you will receive from repeat sales and from samples. These examples are the bare minimum of what you can make with L'Bri. This is a recession proof industry and your customers will remain loyal even when money is tight. Women want to look good no matter what the economy is doing.

Create your "I Story"

So you have decided to become a L'Bri Independent Beauty Consultant, what do you do now? There are many things you can do to help your new business grow, one of which is to write out your "I Story".

Your "I Story" will help you to make a connection with your customers and personalize the L'Bri experience for each person in attendance at a show. Your "I Story" will give show attendees the opportunity to understand how and why you decided to become a L'Bri Consultant.

Having a strong "I Story will help you direct sales opportunity

Writing out your "I Story" provides a document for you to study, which gives your story credibility as you tell it. The more familiar you are with your own story, the more comfortable and enthusiastic you will be when telling it. You won't ramble on and on because you are prepared.

Your story must be both brief and interesting. Too much detail will just bore your audience. Step 1 - Explain how you were introduced to L'Bri

Example: "A friend invited me to a L'Bri Show a few months ago, and at the Show, I had so much fun and learned a lot about my skin and the skin care I was using! I couldn't believe how great my skin felt and how much better it looked after just one application!"

"I decided to book a show myself because I wanted to share this discovery with some of my friends, and of course, I also wanted the opportunity to receive some free L'Bri products!"

Step 2 - Your Personal Product Testimonial
