Educating through In Home Parties or Shows

in home party
So, you have decided to join the L'Bri Pure n' Natural 'team' and signed on as a consultant. The thing to do now is find people who are willing to hold in home parties for you. These folks will be your first hostesses, customers, and possible recruits.

Many of your friends and acquaintances will be willing to help you build your business by hosting your first shows. These friends will benefit by holding shows because the hostess incentives are fantastic with L'Bri.
Your first 'job' with those who are willing to hold shows is to set a date. Then you need to teach or coach your new hostesses how to have the best show possible. You are teaming up with your hostess, because neither you or your hostess can do it alone.

Ask you hostess what she hopes to gain from her show and how much product she would like to earn? How many guests can she invite? The more you coach her on speaking with her friends and drumming up excitement, the more successful her show will be.

When coaching your hostess for a successful in home party, give her one of your hostess packs, open it up, then explain every item within the pack. Make sure she know the more people she invites, the more successful her show will be. Let her know you are excited about her show, and are anticipating success.

Be sure to keep in touch with your hostess and keep her excitement up. Also keep in touch so that you know how many have RSVP'd, and who may need an extra phone call to see where they stand.

Remember you need at least 4 guests plus $300 in sales for the show to count as a qualified show. This is easy as L'Bri products actually sell themselves!

On the day of the show, be sure to arrive 30 - 45 minutes early to set up and help your hostess with any last minute preparations. Place a show folder (order form, flyers, catalog and more) on every seat.
As the Consultant at the party, your job is:L'Bri natural skincare

  • Inspire - Remember half of your job as a consultant is to recruit others into this wonderful business. Inspire your guests to see themselves in your shoes, doing what you are doing. This will create excitement within your guests to book shows and even look at the L'Bri opportunity.

L'Bri Pure n' Natural provides you will excellent training materials which does include a visual presentation of a fun, upbeat show.

At your L'bri in home parties, all products are sampled on the back of your guest's hands. This way your guest's will get a very good idea of what products they like, plus they won't mess up their make-up! Also, this will make the show very fast with no fuss.

After your demonstration, let the guests chat and visit for a bit while enjoying some refreshment. Women love to chat and vist, this relaxes the atmosphere and gives you time to clean your demonstration area and put away anything you no longer need.

Now you will want to call everyone back to their seats, bringing attention to the order forms and provide pens. Let everyone know you will be happy to answer any questions they may have and advise them on which products will work best for their skin.

Be sure to remind your guests about the benefits of hostessing a L'Bri show themselves, and also of the L'Bri Opportunity.

Please note, if you do not know the answer to a guest's question, don't worry about it.
